The Exeter C Association is a beautiful 55 and over community located in the heart of Kings Point Tamarac. Our community has 52 units (12 buildings). All upstairs units have 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms with attached garages (some with a 1 car and other 2 car capacity), as well as having their own personal elevators. In addition to the garage, all units have 2 car driveways for parking their vehicles.
